Payment Policy

Tii's employee will contact you by email or phone number for confirmation after end of purchasing.

All payments must be completed in full at the time after confirming your order.

All orders may require confirmation via phone or email before shipping.

All prices are displayed in EGP and may differ for different locations outside Egypt.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Tii, refunds are not offered FOR NOW under any circumstances. Since our pieces are custom-designed soiree wear, we only provide exchanges for eligible items. We kindly ask you to review all product details, sizing charts, descriptions, and customization options carefully before placing your order to ensure complete satisfaction.

Partial Delivery and Try-On Policy:
We do not accommodate partial deliveries or try-on services. Additionally, packages must not be opened in the presence of the courier. Should you wish to exchange an item from your order, please refer to the exchange process outlined below.How to Request an Exchange:

Step 1: Confirm that the item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and in its original packaging and all labels are attached.

Step 2: Contact our customer service team on whatsapp ( +2 012 0308 5593 ) within 48 hours of your purchase to request an exchange.

Step 3: Follow the instructions provided by our team to return the item and finalize the exchange.

Given the delicate nature and special occasion purpose of our soiree pieces, please handle all garments with extra care to maintain their eligibility for exchange. -
Sale and Bazaar Purchases:
All items purchased during sale periods or at bazaar events are considered final and are not eligible for refund or exchange. -
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare event you receive a damaged or defective product, refunds will be considered. Please reach out to our customer service team immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue or arranging a replacement if necessary.
Shipping Policy

We ship orders within 7-10 business days after purchase confirmation.

Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-9 business days.

International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 15-20 business days, depending on location.

Shipping charges are calculated after confirming order by whatsapp and based on destination and package weight.
